We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Workplace Services team based in Basingstoke

**Location**: Basingstoke, Office based

**Contract**: Permanent, part time - Saturday and Sunday 6am to 6pm

**What will you be responsible for?**

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Workplace Services team, supporting them duties for the Operational Teams.

Your day to day will include:

- To communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system.
- Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers.
- Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers.
- Handyperson jobs to be raised.
- Monitoring outlook inboxes.
- Providing emergency out of hours cover for our clients across Kier FM and Housing Maintenance.

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:

- You have previous experience, within a similar role
- Have customer service experience
- Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
- Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to commit to the hours advertised
