We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our PFI Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke.Location: BasingstokeHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am – 6pmWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.What will you be responsible for?As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the PFI Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and accurate support for reactive maintenance and service requests.Your Day To Day Will IncludeCommunicating with internal and external customers to manage service requests via the CAFAM systemRaising, allocating, and completing work orders for reactive worksCoordinating engineers and subcontractors, including scheduling, paperwork, and complianceProducing and distributing reports for clients and internal teamsSupporting Lifecycle and Variation Works, including quote handling and performance mitigationWhat are we looking for?This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:You have excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skillsYou are IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel and OutlookYou have accurate data entry skills and great attention to detailA Full Driving Licence is not required for this role.We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.Rewards And BenefitsWe're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
