**We're looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our MOJ and Home Office team based in Basingstoke.**

**Location**: Basingstoke

**Hours**: Monday-Friday, shifts between 8am - 6pm

**What will you be responsible for?**:
As a **Customer**Support Advisor**, you'll be working within the **MOJ and Home Office** team, supporting them in delivering efficient administrative and operational support across service requests and work order management.

Your day to day will include:

- Communicating with internal and external customers to capture, record and distribute service calls via the CAFAM system
- Raising, allocating, and completing work orders for Kier engineers and subcontractors, including chasing updates and arranging site escorts
- Monitoring shared inboxes, managing subcontractor paperwork, scheduling works, and supporting with out-of-hours handovers
- Ensuring work orders are compliant, accurate, and progressing in line with agreed service levels and KPIs
- Providing support to Contract Managers and reviewing KBR performance reports to help improve outcomes

- You have a professional and confident telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills
- You demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data or reviewing documentation
- You're IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook), and able to pick up systems like CAFAM confidently
