**Customer Service Advisor**
**Basingstoke - Fully office based
**Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm**
**£24,000**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Basingstoke. You will be joining a fantastic company, with great benefits, working within an extremely supportive and fun team.
The role of the Customer Service advisor is to meet requirements of both internal and external customers, and to process and maintain accurate and up to date maintenance records onto the in-house ERP system. At the same time providing administrative supportto the wider team where required.

**Responsibilities and duties involved**
- System Administration
- Customer Care
- Building strong customer relationships
- Completing estimates and invoicing
- Being one of the main point of contacts to all customers

**Skills & experience required**
- Proven Customer Service and Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
- Fully IT literate, with the ability to learn new procedures and systems
- Work on your own initiative toward set targets, whilst also maintaining a good work ethic
