Customer Service Advisor
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a storage facility based in Basingstoke. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:

- Deal with sales enquiries from customers over the telephone and face to face
- Advise and selling a range of services to potential and existing customers
- Complete administrative duties
- Maximise sales enquiry to ensure store targets are met
- Implementing procedures and controls to minimise any bad debt
- Carry out forklift duties, where applicable
- Key holder responsibility when the manager or supervisors are absent

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full time, permanent position. The company operates 7 days a week on a rotational shift. The shifts are 7:00am - 18:00pm and will be required to work 2 in 4 weekends. The salary is £23,000 per annum.
