We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Out of Hours based in Basingstoke.

**Location**: On site - Basingstoke

**Contract**: Part Time, Permanent - Every Saturday and Sunday

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Customer Service team, supporting them in providing out of hours emergency cover for our Clients across FM and Housing Maintenance.

Your day to day will include:

- To communicate effectively with Customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls into the CAFAM System.
- Raising of new work orders/jobs for various contracts
- Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineer/Sub-Contractor attendance
- Monitoring various outlook inboxes.

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:

- You have an excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- You have the ability to create and maintain effective working relationships.
- You have demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- You can demonstrate accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
