Overview:
Arcus Facilities Managment are recruiting for an experienced PPM Data & System Administrator, to join us on a permanent basis

You’ll be joining a friendly and dynamic team of professionals who are supportive, dedicated, and constantly looking for ways to improve our processes to provide the best service possible.

You’ll be working up to 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and currently we are working to a hybrid model.

You’ll be providing administration and scheduling support to the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) department.

About the Job:
**You’ll play an important role within our Planned Preventative Maintenance team.**
- Manage and update our internal CAFM system
- Production and management of the maintenance schedules for all contractors
- Stakeholder management including weekly calls with client account team and/or data reporting
- Accurate record keeping within the department
- PPM paperwork audits and raising associated remedial actions
- Identifying and escalating potential SLA failures
- Verbal and written interaction with contractors

To be successful you will have:

- Knowledge and understanding within Facilities Management (desirable, not essential)
- Strong Excel skills - ability to export and manipulate data
- Excellent time management skills - ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
- Prioritise own workload - ensuring everything is done in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills - as you’ll be liaising with stakeholders and contractors
- Strong planning, analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail - as you’ll be working with multiple systems
- Solution focused - pre-empting any issues that may arise.
