Faversham House are currently recruiting an Events Operations Executive to join our existing team of two. We are looking for a pro-active, collaborative individual who is enthusiastic about ensuring a top-quality event operations experience every time.

Following a period of innovation as we responded to the travel restrictions with new digital formats, Faversham House is back into physical events as well as digital. We have a full programme of 25+ mixed conference and awards. These are being refreshed and enhanced with new digital and hybrid formats, working closely with our suppliers to maintain quality and create exciting new opportunities. As such, our existing team of two will need the additional support of a confident, capable Event Operations Executive to run their share of these events. The majority of our current conferences take place in the UK, with one international for this financial year.

**Full time**: 35 hours Monday to Friday

**Office**: East Grinstead - walking distance to the station, onsite parking

**To be the successful Events Operations Executive;**

Ideally, they will have:

- At least 1 year of experience in event management/operations
- Immaculate organisation skills and great attention to detail
- Collaborative and enthusiastic mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
