The Position As Head of Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A), you will be responsible for performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that supports major corporate decisions of our Finance Director. The role will include: - Ownership of the full FP&A function, including the development of the FP&A team and their outputs (FP&A Analyst and Finance Analyst) - Ownership/oversight of the 5-year financial model - Ownership/oversight of weekly KPI reports - Ownership/oversight of the budget and reforecast processes - Ownership/oversight of the FP&A software, Datarails - Run weekly KPI review sessions with the operations' team and senior leadership teams - Development of models and, where appropriate, improve existing ones - Key P&L KPI analysis including Sales/GP/Staff costs analysis - Support all parts of the business with ad hoc analysis - Support the commercial team with new site feasibility studies - Provide high-level analysis and insight to support and influence business strategy - Build strong relationships with senior site management to allow effective business partnering relationships As FP&A Manager you will have the following skills and experience: - Advanced Excel experience - Comfortable with Pivot Tables, VlookUps, Index/Match, SumIfs, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation. - Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. - Personable and able to work alongside restaurant managers and head chefs to produce budgets and re-forecasts and generally analyse. - A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). - Experience in Procure Wizard/Fourth People System would be advantageous. - Ideally experience within a multi-site operation in retail/hospitality industry but not essential - Experience in Power Query, Macros, Visual Basic Benefits & Culture Our team is the most important part of our business, translating our passion for genuine hospitality to our guests every day.
