Head of FP&A | £95,000 -£100,000 | High-growth Consumer Tech Business | London (3 days in office) | Permanent role

A Head of FP&A is required to join a high-growth consumer technology business based in London (hybrid working – 3 days in the office). This is a newly created position within a fast-scaling company that sits at the intersection of retail, consumer goods and digital subscription products.

This role will play a key part in driving financial insight, long-term planning, and operational excellence, supporting the CFO and senior leadership team during a period of sustained growth and transformation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis, providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build and enhance long-term forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling processes.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership across Operations, Product, and Commercial to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Oversee finance operations and implement process improvements across systems and reporting.
  • Develop and mentor an FP&A Analyst
  • Build new dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI) to deliver greater visibility and drive performance.
  • Support investor and board reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all financial communications.

What they are looking for:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in FP&A, ideally within a consumer goods, technology, or high-growth environment.
  • Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills, with an ability to translate data into insight.
  • Experience leading and improving finance operations, systems, and reporting tools (Power BI, ERP, etc).
  • Commercially focused and confident engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
