Our client, a highly successful global investment group headquartered in London, is seeking an accomplished and commercially focused Head of FP&A to lead their financial planning and strategic analysis activities. Operating across a diverse and expanding international portfolio, this role will play a key part in driving insight-led decision-making at the highest level.

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organisation in a leadership role with direct exposure to the Board and senior executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end FP&A function, managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles
  • Provide high-quality financial insight and strategic analysis to support business performance and investment decisions
  • Drive robust financial modelling, scenario planning, and business case evaluations for new ventures and ongoing operations
  • Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior stakeholders to shape and challenge commercial strategy
  • Oversee management reporting, ensuring timely delivery of accurate and meaningful performance metrics
  • Develop and implement continuous improvements across planning processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
  • Act as a key business partner across global operations, requiring strong cross-cultural collaboration
  • Prepare clear and compelling presentations for Board-level communication

Role Requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience operating in a senior FP&A leadership role, ideally within a global or complex business environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels
  • Exceptional analytical and modelling skills, with a hands-on approach when required
  • Fluent in Hindi, Tamil or Telugu and English – essential due to international stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable in a high-performance, office-based working environment
