Location:
London / Utrecht, Netherlands

Eton Bridge Partners has recently partnered with a global technology B2B business to hire for an FP&A director. This role will open for candidates to be based in London or the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A team, driving data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to ensure strategic and operational goals are met.
  • Develop advanced analytics and financial models to deliver insights, identify growth opportunities, and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and present clear financial reports, scenario analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Leverage modern financial tools and technology to enhance accuracy, transparency, and decision support.

Requirements:

  • Strong core FP&A experience (financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis)
  • Solid experience working in a multinational or pan-European environment
  • Experience in transformation would be highly desired
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA preferred) with extensive senior FP&A experience, ideally in multinational environments.
  • High-energy and innovative, passionate about making finance impactful and engaging.
