**About the role**:
We are looking for a Head of FP&A to lead the overall budgeting and forecasting cycle for the entire group. The individual business units have responsibility for their divisional operating budgets but this role will provide the first level of challenge andreview for these budgets, and then to consolidate into the group forecast/budget.

The team is solely responsible for the forecasts and budgets for the Group cost centres, financing arrangements, and cash flows. Once consolidated, this role will be responsible, with the Group FD, for presenting these pieces of work directly to the GroupCFO and CEO and preparing the Plc Board Packs.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivery of the Annual Budget, and adhoc forecasts as required by the business, to the CFO and CEO
- Coordination of all planning and budgeting across TRG, including Brunning & Price and Wagamama.
- Managing the team of two to deliver high-quality business partnering to the Group Directors
- Detailed analysis of Sales, COGS and Wages to ensure operational delivery of forecasts and budgets.
- Develop and lead a medium term planning cycle
- Support major initiatives and projects as they arise

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant accountancy qualification required, with significant PQE
- Experience in a multi-site business is essential
- Experience in presenting financial information to senior management indocument form
- Experience of FP&A or commercial finance in a restaurant business is desirable
