This is a high impact opportunity for a senior finance professional with a strong insurance background to influence decision making at the executive level.The RoleAs Head of Group FP&A, you will provide strategic insight and financial leadership to support the Group’s business performance. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure robust forecasting, accurate reporting, and actionable insights that underpin growth and operational efficiency.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, complex environment and has proven experience in the insurance sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Group FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysisDeliver accurate and timely management reporting to the Board and executive committeesProvide financial insight to CFO to support strategic decision making and business performancePartner with business units to drive alignment, control and commercial accountabilityAnalyse trends, KPIs and financial drivers to highlight risks and opportunitiesEnsure consistency and quality in financial planning and reporting across the GroupLead and develop a high quality team of analysts, fostering professional growth and delivering excellent outputAbout YouProven experience in a senior FP&A role within the insurance industryStrong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive performanceExperienced in building and leading high performing finance teamsSkilled in financial modelling, forecasting and management reportingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at CFO levelComfortable operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlinesWhy Apply?This is a high visibility contract at the heart of a leading insurer’s finance function.
