**Interim Head of Commercial FP&A**

Rate: £80-100k

Duration: 6 months, potential to go permanent

Location: 100% remote

**About the job**:
Consumer Additions has partnered with a leading fitness provider looking to hire an Interim Head of Commercial FP&A for a 3-6 month contract.

The primary goal of the position is to concentrate on developing a best-in-class FP&A and commercial financing function.

The amount of delegation will naturally rise as the team grows, but it's important noting that this will be a hands-on position at first.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and prepare the monthly reporting.
- Ownership of the planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for your entities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the efficiency of the financial planning process.
- Responsible for providing timely, accurate, and relevant financial analysis for entities.
- Build and develop a team
- Regularly review actuals against expectations and provide explanations of deviations or adverse trends

**Requirements**:

- Qualified accountant with experience in management accounting and FP&A
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- SaaS industry experience is beneficial
