WPR is excited to be partnered with a global broker who are looking for a Head of FP&A, responsible for leading the FP&A function and partnering with senior leadership to drive performance and strategic growth. This is a perm role based in London with very flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the international FP&A team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting.
  • Partner with global and regional leadership to provide strategic financial insight and support decision-making.
  • Drive process improvement and finance transformation initiatives across the business.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (10+ years PQE) with extensive FP&A and business partnering experience in insurance.
  • Proven leader with experience managing teams and delivering change.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Hyperion/Essbase/Oracle preferred.
