We’re looking for a Head of FP&A to join an innovative and diverse global fintech business that is growing and developing all the time. This organisation is unique. Their team is built of enterprising, creative thinkers who like to push boundaries whererelevant to ensure they are leading from the front.

This is an exciting opportunity as you'll be joining one of the most ambitious global organisations we've ever had the pleasure of working with. They're passion is infectious Therefore, we're looking for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys working withina fast paced environment and is excited about where this journey could take them.

Based either in the London or Dubai office, you will be responsible for all financial management reporting and analytics for the company, building and maintaining efficient financial reporting processes and procedures.

As a financial leader, you will need to be well versed at building and leading a team, partnering with local business and global financial executives, driving reporting efficiency and process improvements and supporting the execution of the company’s financialplan.

As Head of FP&A your main responsibilities will include;
- Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts and KPI’s
- Preparing detailed budgets, forecasts and business plans
- Preparing financial information for the board of Directors reports
- Monitor and review performance against plans and help to identify remedial actions where necessary
- And much more

In order to be suitable for the role of Head of FP&A you will need;
- To be a qualified Accountant
- A proven record of change management
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Experience of working in a regulated industry in a similar position (ideally around 10 years experience)
- Confident in your leadership skills along with a passion, drive and commitment to deliver is key
- A proven track record in running operations across different regions/countries.
