Our client is a technology-based services firm that helps institutional investors identify, file claims, and collect funds made available in securities class action settlements globally. Through their proprietary technology platform and processes, they deliverthe most comprehensive range of securities class action filing services to their clients who are investment management companies, pension funds, hedge funds, global custodians, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investment firms.

Due to growth, we are currently looking to recruit for an Enterprise Account Executive to cover the UK market.

**About the Role of Enterprise Account Executive**

We’re now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who wants to accelerate their sales career in the fast-growing Legal Tech / FinTech market. Our clientalready has a client base of household name brands and are looking to develop new enterprise accounts.You will be responsible for delivering success in your territory which will be selling into Heads of Compliance and Heads of Legal Counsels of major Institutions across the UK.

You will manage prospects from first meeting through to close. You’ll need to be able to engage and manage multiple stakeholders, and sometimes complex procurement processes. In addition to your outbound sales approach and developing your own leads you willalso have plenty of inbound leads to develop as well as referrals.

**Your role will include**:

- Building and managing your territory / sector plan
- Following up on warm / inbound leads as well as developing your own sales prospects
- Managing multiple stakeholders within each account
- Using your initiative to meet potential buyers where they are - e.g., webinars, conferences etc.
- Creating written proposals and negotiating contracts

**About You**:

- Track record in SAAS / Software Sales with proven experience of hitting and exceeding sales revenue targets
- Significant experience of selling financial data, software or technology to buy side clients
- Excellent face to face presentation skills
- Strong sales methodology, familiar with Challenger Sales or Miller Heiman
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- A high comfort level of navigating and managing long, complex sales cycles with a track record of closing 6 figure / multi-million-pound deals

- Strategic thinker who can execute long term sales strategies
