Do you live and breathe B2B Sales? Are you ready to kick off new sales strategies for us in our European target regions? Join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive UK. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Desygner, you will be responsible for the mid-market to enterprise accounts, generating and managing high-value pipelines through strategic and targeted prospecting into enterprise businesses. You will also be responsible for managing and closing complex sales cycles. **What you will do** - Implement a consultative, solution-selling methodology. - Work with Marketing, Business Development Representatives, and Sales teams to execute campaigns to top companies. - Drive the development of the sales pipeline by prospecting and performing outbound sales activities such as lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and cold calling. - Conduct sales demos of Saas solutions, and meet and exceed sales quotas. - Develop, execute, and report on account plans and opportunity pipelines, with a high degree of forecast accuracy with CRM tools. - Build relationships with C-Level executives at target organisations. - Navigate and close out complex sales cycles with some of the largest companies across the world. **What we are looking for** We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy, driven Enterprise Account Executive. To be successful in this role, we want you to have a solution-selling and value-driven sales approach with a strong background in B2B sales or account management. A successful Enterprise Account Executive will be an all-around go-getter. If you are motivated by reward and recognition (in both competitive base salaries and an uncapped competitive commission structure) and have a high level of energy, persistence, and a strong desire to win, this position is for you - 1 to 2 years of sales experience. - Fluent in technology and can use a sales CRM solution to keep track of your prospects, leads, and clients. - Strong understanding of digital marketing and digital content trends. - Previously done software demos or sold SaaS solutions. - Proven, measurable, and successful experience as a "hunter", who can also manage and grow large accounts once successfully onboarded. - Background or training in a consultative/value-based sales process. - Strong analytical, process-driven, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills. - Experience working closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success to develop sales strategies and value-added solutions to customers' deliverables over long-term SaaS contracts. - A can-do attitude and hunger.
