Cognisant are delighted to be instructed to appoint a Head of Sales for a region of a major national housebuilder. The client has an absolute commitment to the customer, and sales and marketing play a key part in making that vision a reality. The Head of Sales role is exceptionally broad, and you will have responsibility for all aspects of: assessing new sites, marketing, legals, show homes, online and sales delivery etc.

Key responsibilities and skills:

- Achieve targets set by the Board in relation to Sales, Revenue, Margin and budget management with regards selling overheads and marketing/advertising costs
- Implementation of all Sales environments and marketing material in line with Group approved guidance
- Lead the focus on Customer Service to enhance the reputation of the Company, increase profitability and achieve customer satisfaction targets
- Offer true leadership to the sales and marketing teams, developing and progressing talent We are keen to speak with housebuilding sales professionals who have a proven track record in leading multi-site sales teams.

You could either be an existing Head of Sales or a Sales Manager ready to make the step up within a supported environment. You have a broad sales & marketing skill-set, able to work with volume and have the want to further develop your career

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £80,000.00 per year
