We are looking for an
elite-level Sales Leader
who is ready for the
next natural and substantial step
in their career by becoming the
Head of Business Development
. This is a chance to
lead and build your own team
within a dynamic division of a major consultancy, focusing on the exciting medium-sized business market. This is a
pivotal
and
entrepreneurial role
within a
purpose-driven business
that
values sales discipline
and an
entrepreneurial spirit
. Based on your success in this position, there are plans for you to
advance to the Sales Director
role within three years.
What We Are Looking for as the Head of Business Development
- We're looking for a
hands-on 'player-manager'/'player-coach'
to step up and become the Head of Sales who is at the absolute 'top of their game' with a
proven track record of telesales success. - We are not looking for a Sales Director -
this is a job for a 'do'er
and is
hands-on shadowing
and
being shadowed
-
leading from the front - rather than strategising in an office.
- Someone who has
led high-performing sales team members
and wants to
build their own high-performing B2B sales machine from the ground up
. - Your CV will be
logical

Your Role as Head of Business Development
- You will be the architect and
driver of the outbound sales engine
. This isn't just about managing—it's about
building

scaling

leading from the front
to meet
ambitious targets
. - In the role, you will
recruit

train

manage a high-performance B2B telesales team
to build a
scalable
and
effective sales machine
. - You will be a
player-manager
who
leads by example

actively winning sales
and
setting the pace. - You will work
closely with Marketing
to
align sales campaigns
and maximise impact. - You will set
clear KPIs
and
meticulously manage sales pipelines
,
performance metrics
, and all matrices to
achieve cost-effective growth
and
maximum efficiency
. - Role is hybrid - 4 days per week in London Office
