With over 35 years of experience, we are entering an ambitious new phase of the agency's journey. We're now looking for an experienced
Head of New Business Development
to help shape our future; expanding our market presence, strengthening our client base, and driving sustainable revenue growth across both established and emerging markets.

The Role

This is a
senior, board-facing role
for a commercially astute Business Developer with a strong agency background and the confidence to represent Collective Twenty 5 at the highest level.

You'll be responsible for building, managing and converting a high-quality pipeline, positioning the agency in the market, and developing long-term relationships with premium brand clients. Acting as the bridge between commercial strategy and creative excellence, you'll ensure our capabilities are clearly understood, compellingly presented, and strategically aligned with market demand.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a genuine impact on the direction and success of a growing creative agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant sectors and markets
  • Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Lead outreach to brands, agencies and partners to secure new business
  • Nurture and grow long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and translate creative services into commercial value
  • Collaborate with creative leadership to develop proposals, credentials and pitch materials
  • Contribute to market positioning and brand visibility
  • Represent the business at networking events, industry conferences and client meetings
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activity and new opportunities
  • Support the agency's positioning across social platforms and external communications where relevant

About You

  • Proven experience in business development within a creative / design / experiential agency
  • Strong understanding of branding, design, production or digital environments
  • A confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong sales instinct
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and premium brands
  • Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
  • Passionate about creativity, brands and building meaningful partnerships
