Our client, a disruptive B2B SaaS scale-up is seeking a talented Head of Sales to propel their ambitious growth plans as they enter the next stage in their journey.
In this new role, you will build out a high performing and mission driven sales team focussed on the SMB market. The Head of Sales role will suit someone who has created a strategy and implemented it with success significantly increasing ARR in a scale-up environment.
As Head of Sales, you will:
- Build out and lead a high performing sales team continually enhancing the sales infrastructure and processes, sales tools, onboarding, training and skills development.
- Play a key role in the ongoing development of the commercial strategy with the senior leadership team
- Collaborate with cross function teams across marketing, customer success and product to optimise and improve the customer journey
- Take an active role in winning new business and establishing new business verticals
To be successful as the Head of Sales, you will have:
- At least 4+ years SaaS sales experience in a scale-up environment
- Experience of managing an SMB focused sales operation, with shorter sales cycles and deal values of £5k - £20k ARR
- Deep knowledge and experience of delivering successful business growth and sales leadership
- Track record in building and mentoring best in class sales teams
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment

Pay: £90,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
