We have a **brilliant opportunity** for someone **dynamic **and **motivated** to join our **friendly team as Finance Officer **on a Part
- or Full-Time basis (minimum 30 hours per week).

You will be working closely with the Head of Finance on many of the financial monitoring aspects of the Charity and liaise with the Operations and HR teams and our external Payroll bureau to deliver Payroll, OSP, SSP calculations and pensions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administering the Accounts Package (Xero)
- Payroll and Pensions
- Reconciliation and monitoring of Bank accounts
- Reconciling accruals and pre-payments
- Posting journals for Monthly Management Accounts

**You will have**:

- Ideally, part qualification in ACCA, AAT and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Under special circumstances, QBE will be accepted if not part qualified - but it will be essential that experience gained is particularly relevant and sufficient commercial acumen exists.
- Previous experience working with or in a Charity would be beneficial.
- A genuine ‘team player’ approach and a passion for improving systems
