Finance Manager

About the role As Finance Manager for Head Office and Procurement, you will play a key role in delivering our Save to Invest plan and shaping the People and Finance Transformation strategy. You will provide strategic insight and analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring we achieve or exceed savings targets. You will develop robust business cases for initiatives such as workforce of the future and digital colleague experience, leveraging financial modelling to prioritise value-add investments. Building strong stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively will be essential as you influence outcomes and manage complex conversations. You will also ensure rigorous control and compliance for Head Office activities, safeguarding assets and maintaining reporting integrity.
