You will support in-year operations by helping deliver budgets and forecasts, and drive longer-term improvement plans through our Save to Invest initiatives.You will be responsible forBusiness partnering the Regional Transport Managers and Distribution Centre Lead Transport Managers.Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes, ensuring integrity across areas and providing in-depth knowledge of performance to key stakeholders, including presenting at weekly and periodic finance reviews.Building positive relationships with the Bengaluru team that foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, driving continuous improvement and simplification in reporting.Supporting the business teams by providing financial expertise for end-to-end business plans, including investment committee papers and Save to Invest (S2I) initiatives.Supporting the development, simplification, and enhancement of KPI analysis tools.You will needAccountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivilent)Ability to proactively engage with and challenge both finance and non-finance senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to understand both the detail and the bigger picture.Demonstrated peer-to-peer leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide constructive challenge to drive the best outcomes for the business.Experience in change management.Highly numerate.Strong proficiency in Excel.Whats in it for you?We’re all about the little helps.
