This Interim AP Officer role is potentially temp to perm with hybrid working based from the FMCG Clients Letchworth Garden City offices.
**Client Details**
A global and well-known lFMCG Company in Lethcworth Garden City are looking to hire an Interim AP Officer / Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis for at least 3 months. Based in a newly refurbished office, this role has arisen due to fast approachingyear end deadlines alongside an ongoing system implementation project. This opportunity is hybrid with 3 days working in the office each week. This opportunity reports directly to the Finance Manager and sits within a team of 10. You will be responsible forthe entire accounts payable process and elements of the month end process to further support the team.
**Description**
Interim AP Officer duties will include:
- Creating and processing high volumes of SAP and service order invoices for cost centers
- Maintaining the UK inbox
- Following up on overdue invoices with suppliers
- Creating, maintaining and raising POs and service orders
- Processing monthly, half year and end of year accruals
- Liaising directly with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Adhoc finance tasks as required
**Profile**
For this opportunity, it is essential that you have working experience of invoice processing. You should also have clear communication skills, a wealth of experience within transactional finance. You must be based locally to Letchworth Garden City for the3 days in Office
