**About the role**

Saltire Facilities Management are pleased to be recruiting for a Business Administration Modern Apprentice

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into HR, to gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive knowledge working within in a small but very supportive generalist HR team; whilst working towards an SCQF 6 in Business Administration with HR specific units included. You will also play an integral role in the development of our Learning & Development strategy at Saltire.

There are opportunities for growth and a tailored training programme.

**Role Responsibilities**

Office Support: Assisting with day-to-day tasks to help staff work efficiently.

Data Management: Maintaining organised files and records of business activities.

Research: Conducting research and contributing to company reports.

Feedback: Offering suggestions for improving office efficiency.
