**About the role**:
You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating responses from stores and suppliers, creating orders, and supporting the Supply Chain Analyst team with stock queries and requests. A key part of the role is then providing promotional support andreporting to the Senior Promotions Supply Chain Analyst, where you will assist in keeping key documentation up to date and manage the data entry into our promotional software.

**Your responsibilities as our Supply Chain Coordinator will include**:

- Managing the Supply Chain Inbox and dealing with queries from stores and suppliers
- Dealing with stock requests and supply chain queries from cross functions around the business
- Creating purchase orders or store transfers
- Circulating promo sign off notes to team
- Keeping promo summaries up to date with master changes
- Assisting with loading promos into Slim4 Promotions Manager
- Prioritising promotional POs in Navision
- Keeping the promotional CPA up to date & circulate to the Supply Chain team
- Supporting the Senior Promotions SCA with fortnightly divisional Supply Chain Analyst meetings where required

**What we're looking for in our Supply Chain Coordinator**:

- At least 1 years’ experience in a retail environment
- Excel experience, including knowledge of v look ups, conditional formatting, sorting data and using large spreadsheets
- Experience with a variety of IT software including data entry and purchase order management
- A positive and resilient attitude
- A problem-solving approach
- Strong, clear communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial awareness in the decision-making process
- Someone who looks for opportunities to drive change in ways of working
