**About the Supply Chain Coordinator role**:
You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating responses from stores and suppliers, creating orders, and supporting the Supply Chain Analyst team with stock queries and requests. A key part of the role is then providing promotional support andreporting into the Senior Promotions Supply Chain Analyst, where they will assist in keeping key documentation up to date and manage the data entry into our promotional software.

**Your responsibilities as our Supply Chain Coordinator will include**:

- Management of the Supply Chain Inbox and deal with queries from stores and suppliers
- Deal with stock requests and supply chain queries from cross functions around the business
- Create purchase orders or store transfers
- Circulate promo sign off notes to team
- Keep promo summaries up to date with master changes
- Assist with loading promos into Slim4 Promotions Manager
- Prioritise promotional POs in Navision
- Keep the promotional CPA up to date & circulate to the Supply Chain team
- Support the Senior Promotions SCA with fortnightly divisional Supply Chain Analyst meetings where require

**What we're looking for in our Supply Chain Coordinator**:

- At least 1 years’ experience in a retail environment
- Experience with a variety of IT software including data entry and purchase order management
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
- Positive and resilient
- Adopts a problem-solving approach
- Strong, clear communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build & maintain effective and collaborative relationships with internal/ external
- stakeholders
- Able to demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying issues and resolutions
- Commercial awareness in their decision-making process
- Looks for opportunities to drive change in ways of working
