All our products are installed UK wide through our Glow Green Uber style installers app, and our network of 2,000 live installers nationwide is growing by the day.

Due to our continual expansion, we have a brand new opening for a Head of Supply Chain to join our team and be a part of our ongoing success.

**Key Objectives**
- Oversee the logístical operations and strategic management of the supply chain across all product ranges;
- Ensure all materials and equipment are on site to enable installations to be completed as planned;
- Responsible for maintaining accurate stock management, quality control, damage claims and returns process;
- Proactively identify cost saving and efficiency improvements across the supply chain.

**Main Responsibilities**
- The monitoring and procurement of all consumable products to ensure sufficient supply at a competitive cost;
- Ensure the supply chain is effectively managed and all materials are available as required, matching demand;
- Build and implement a global importing supply chain for our products;
- Proactively manage all purchasing and procurement functions and identify improvement opportunities benefiting the company and also the customer;
- Oversee the Procurement Manager to ensure the Purchasing Team proactively support the operation and assist in providing excellent customer service and communication;
- Ensure damage claims are managed correctly and robustly tracked to resolution;
- Responsible for ensuring all materials that need returning are returned, credit notes received accordingly and the root cause for returns is proactively addressed;
- Oversee the performance of the delivery network and minimise issues that result from failed deliveries;
- The identification, development and implementation of an effective warehousing operation ensuring a safe, secure and efficient environment is maintained at all times;
- Oversee the introduction of non conformance reporting and root cause analysis of picking errors within the warehouse, leading to continuous improvements;
- Robustly manage and oversee the delivery of goods, any associated damage claims and also the returns process;
- Handle escalated customer complaints relating to the supply of materials.

**The Successful Applicant**
- Previous experience working in a senior supply chain position at a similar level;
- Experience of managing supplier relationships at a senior level;
- Experience of procurement, purchasing stock and warehouse management;
- Strong management experience;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple plans;
- Self motivated with a proactive approach to leadership and improvement;
- Flexible and adaptable;
- Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills.
