**Head of Supply Chain, £75,000, Bournemouth**

**Purpose**

As the **Head of Supply Chain** you will form part of the 1st tier leadership team, reporting into the MD, leading the supply chain strategy as the business moves forward with growth plans within their market.

You will be responsible for the entire supply chain and will head up a team to minimise risk, reduce cost, and improve performance across the supply chain.

**Responsibilities**

As **Head of Supply Chain** you will:

- Develop and **implement supply chain strategy** for the business in conjunction with other teams and departments
- **Drive savings** and business performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain **supplier relationships** and continually assess risks to the global supply chain and action accordingly
- Create effective reporting and tools to **drive efficiencies** throughout the business
- Ensuring key metrics are achieved and monitored through audit and **improvement plans**:

- Take ownership of **continuous improvement** projects across the supply chain
- Develop a **culture of collaboration** between teams
- Ensure **supply chain excellence** across the entire business

**Background**

As **Head of Supply Chain**you will:

- Be experienced in **continual improvement** across the Supply chain
- Be a**solid leader** and developer of people
- Demonstrate experience of implementing **risk management** strategies and processes
- Have demonstrable experience of excellent senior client relationships and ability to **build effective relationships**:

- Have experience of managing teams within a **faced paced and complex environment**:

- Enjoy autonomy and be an **excellent decision maker**
