Jack Sullivan Ltd., a well-established and trusted name in the wholesale beer, wine and spirit industry, is seeking a reliable and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Swansea office.

This is a diverse role that blends traditional administrative responsibilities with practical support across the business, including the occasional delivery of stock to customers. If you’re organised, numerate, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to help out wherever needed, we want to hear from you. **Experience of using accounting software is essential (preferably Sage).**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Accounts Administration
- Maintain and update financial records, including purchase and sales ledgers
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end procedures
- Support payroll preparation and VAT submissions
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding accounts queries

General Office Duties
- Assist with order processing and stock tracking
- Filing, data entry, and other administrative support as required

Stock Delivery & Support
- Provide occasional support with delivery of stock to local customers
- Assist in checking deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role using accounting software (preferably Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
