Accounts/administration Assistant

FRF Motors Limited is currently looking to recruit an Accounts/Administration Assistant to join our friendly Finance Department based in Swansea.

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers
- Kerridge experience preferred but not essential
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Ensuring timely processing of payments
- Assisting with month end processes when necessary
- Undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping
- General administration
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
