Coatings and Blasting Services Ltd, are a specialist sub-contractor in the Construction industry.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Manage office correspondence and communications
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in organising meetings, appointments, and events
- Support with basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage Cloud
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and basic clerical duties
This position would suit someone either looking for flexitime to fit in with their commitments or looking for full time work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
