Entering financial data into books, spreadsheets, and ERP Systems.
- Sales ledger and purchase ledger postings and reconciliation.
- Keeping financial records organised and easy to access.
- Locating or tracking invoices, receipts, purchase orders and other financial records.
- Reconciling accounts at regular intervals.
- Supporting and providing financial data and/or reporting to management for audit purposes.
- Assisting in preparation and posting bi-monthly payment run.
- Assisting with staff expenses and credit card reconciliations.
- Sales ledger and purchase ledger postings and reconciliation.
- Assist with credit control duties.

Person specification:

- FMCG / Manufacturing experience desirable.
- Previous experience of Access and SAP is desirable.
- Computer literacy and IT skills especially Excel essential.
- Ability to organise work, prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication both written and spoken.
- Ability to identify opportunities and implement process improvements.
- AAT qualified or part qualified would be advantageous.
