Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading warehouse racking and storage supplier who are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to provide support in their central office. Offering a competitive salary, this is a great opportunity for an experienced accounts administrator interested in a new role or a recent graduate looking for an opportunity to move into the industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Running monthly payroll and ensuring this is maintained on a regular basis
- Processing all supplier/customer invoices and credit notes in the purchasing ledger
- Generating monthly reports for upper management relating to purchase orders and payments
- Managing up-to-date supplier/customer accounts and handling any queries or discrepancies
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the finance team
**Requirements**:
The company have a preference for an individual with experience within an accounts or finance department in a similar role. It is also preferable that you hold a relevant financial qualification (e.g. AAT) however this is not required as long as you have experience with payroll software. You will be able to work well on your own with your own initiative and have good customer facing skills. Ultimately, the company are after an individual with the right attitude and work ethic. In terms of location, you can be based anywhere around Nuneaton.

Our client are a national provider of various types of racking and storage systems. Having been established for over 30 years, their range of products includes pallet racking, shelving, lockers and tray storage systems and are continuing to grow. They have a key focus on ensuring the latest CAD technology is used to provide the very best equipment and best solution is provided. Due to recent expansion, they’re now looking for an Accounts Administrator to support in their central office.
