A superb opportunity has become available for a Graduate Finance Assistant to join my client on a contract basis.

**Client Details**

The business operate in a fast paced environment where you will receive full training and support to enable you to improve your exposure and skill set in a finance setting.

**Description**

The Graduate Finance Assistant role will involve:

- Purchase or Sales Ledger Administration
- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices ensuring relevant approvals in place prior to issuing for payment
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure discrepancies with supplier invoices can be rectified efficiently
- Gaining full exposure to a fast paced Purchase Ledger environment
- Raising large volumes of sales ledger invoices
- Dealing with credits and or refunds
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure queries and disputes related to sales invoices are resolved swiftly
- Updating financial databases accurately
- General finance administration

**Profile**

To be successful in this Graduate Finance Assistant role in Nuneaton, the successful applicant can have any level of experience but must have a keen eye for detail, strong IT skills, a high level of accuracy and a drive and enthusiasm to succeed and learn.Full training will be provided but your attitude must be positive and a willingness to work in either Sales or Purchase Ledger administration is key.
