We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator with an interest and skills in analytics to join our Social Media Team. This role will be hybrid with some remote working and some days based at our Head Office in Tunbridge Wells.

**About the role**:
The purpose of the Social Media Coordinator is to support the Social Media Team and deliver the day-to-day requirements to meet the strategy plan. You will have strong organisational skills and an enthusiasm about social media data and analytics that you can expand within the role.

This role will report to the Social Media Creative Manager.

Areas of responsibility will include organising the development of daily social posts for all our social platforms. The social media coordinator will bring individual elements of each post together from the wider marketing team and oversee post publication via scheduling software. They will then monitor each post’s reception by our audience and provide sentiment feedback and future recommendations for our monthly reports.

This role would suit a highly organised individual with an excellent attention to detail. You’ll be self-motivated, with a positive approach to challenges. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks. You will be willing to learn and pick up new technologies. You will collaborate with staff across various departments within the company and keep the wider team up to date with the key facts around social media and how it affects the department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all social platforms effectively and efficiently
- Day-to-day coordination of the social media workflow
- Schedule approved content for all social channels
- Provide the wider social team with guidance from social listening tools to help determine content plans long-term and in real time
- Use both native social media platforms and external content management software
- Attend campaign and content meetings and feed back information to the team
- Support on posting on social channels
- Liaise with Data Team to manage dashboards and add in new widgets as required to understand behaviours around categories/products/brands throughout the year
- Research hashtags and oversee link building
- Engage with analytics dashboards and pull data as required for reporting, including presenting monthly social report to wider team
- Keeping up to date with social media trends and developments

**Skills**:

- You have a minimum of two years’ work experience either in social media or marketing
- You would describe yourself as having meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- You thrive on working collaboratively as part of a team, for the team
- You enjoy thinking independently and effectively - prioritising outstanding tasks, especially under pressure
- You are able to juggle tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- You possess strong written communication skills, with excellent spelling and grammar
- You have a clear passion for digital and social culture, evaluating and sharing new information regularly
- You are a multi-tasker able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders on parallel projects
- You are a critical thinker
