**Location: Whiteley (hybrid working with ocassional travel to other offices and events)**

**Competitive Salary: £25,000**

**Fantastic Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm**

**The task at hand**: The Talent Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Talent Acquisition team, supporting the team in the implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategy and related projects and events.

**You'll be great in this role if**:

- You've got experience working in a direct recruitment role or internally within an organisation
- You've got an excellent interview technique, with a knowledge of competency based interviewing
- You're personable and confident, with strong technical, presenting and networking abilities
- You're got excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office software packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint (experience using job boards and LinkedIn to recruit would be beneficial)
- You understand the need to work flexibility and can demonstrate initiative and the ability to suggest and implement improvements
- You have a creative approach to the content of work and are self-motivated
- You've got excellent communication and organisational skills and you can plan and prioritise your workload
- You're a team player, who enjoys working with people
- You can take on and achieve targets and project deadlines, getting your work done reliably with mínimal supervision

- You've got an in-date driver's licence and access to a car (required)

**What you’ll be busy doing**:

- Promote vacancies internally and work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to proactively and predictively manage the talent already within the business to build effective teams for the future
- Attend networking events, careers fairs and seminars as a Onecom ambassador to prospect and engage with talent in the pre-hire market
- Providing a first-class pre-boarding experience with the wider People team by supporting internal processes and delivering a seamless journey to new starters
- Creating engaging job adverts and marketing materials to support in attracting the best talent to our business
- Assisting with Talent marketing campaigns and activities across the careers website, social channels and talent networks
- Ensuring all appropriate paperwork and approvals are in place before resourcing or advertising vacancies
