**Partner Manager** required now for a HR and Employee Engagement SaaS business.

**The Company**:
This VC backed SaaS start-up offers a workforce experience platform that helps SMB and Mid-Market organisations unify the complex requirements of successfully running a remote workforce.

Following recent funding, exceptional sales results, and significant growth plans they are looking to invest efforts into their Partner channel and are looking for a Partner Manager to lead the charge

**The Role**:
The Partner Manager will be responsible for proactively creating and managing the partner referral channel with new and existing Partners. This will include assessing the available channels and engaging potential new partners.

The ideal individual will be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and inquisitive, not afraid to uncover and dig into new opportunities and be comfortable working with a sophisticated SaaS solution.

A great networker with a charismatic approach to engagement, a charming personality and someone that can operate effectively but in a relaxed manner when dealing with new and existing Partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and create a prospect list of suitable HR consultancy partners
- Engage with prospects using all available channels, aiming to secure formal discovery calls, demonstrations or onsite meetings.
- Hold regular reviews with the Partners, build and maintain solid relationships.
- Ensure all Partners use, understand and see value from the platform.
- Through Partner engagement, generate leads that can be passed to the Sales team.
- Work side by side with SDRs and AE’s to identify, create and close new lead opportunities.
- Jointly create and execute a strategic plans with the Partners.
- Utilising regular meetings, training sessions, webinars, events and conferences, ensure partners understand the strength of the platform.
- Develop and execute a sensible territory plan to acquire and manage partners.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Previous experience managing and growing partner driven strategic programs in the SaaS space.
- Experience driving pipeline generation with direct sales and/or partner teams.
- Experience working in the HR SaaS space is advantageous.
- A self-starter and problem solver, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Solid strategic planning and process creating skills
- Experience working with C-suite level stakeholders
- The ability to predict and forecast risk, renewal, and expansion within a client partner base.
