Are you passionate about talent, relationship-building, and helping people find the right opportunities? At Gattaca, we're looking for a driven Talent Partner to play a key role in supporting our growth across the Hampshire area.

In this role, you'll become the go-to expert for identifying and attracting exceptional recruitment professionals against our live vacancies. You don't need an extensive background in Rec2Rec but what matters is your ability to understand people, spot potential, and guide hiring decisions with confidence and insight.

You'll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience, strengthen our talent pipelines, and help position Matchtech as the employer of choice for ambitious recruiters.

What You'll Be Doing

• Find and engage talented recruitment professionals across our high-growth sectors, building trusted relationships and truly understanding what motivates them.

• Act as a talent advisor, sharing market insight and helping both candidates and hiring managers make informed decisions.

• Partner with internal leaders to support them in meeting their critical recruitment goals.

• Build a diverse and future-fit talent pipeline, from delivery specialists to experienced 360 consultants.

• Champion an inclusive, transparent, and high-integrity hiring process that reflects Gattaca's values.

• Manage the full talent lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting candidates with empathy and clarity.
