As our Global Talent & Leadership Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of the people in our organisation, as part of our Centre of Expertise. You’ll leverage your extensive experience in organisational leadership and talent development to create and implement creative development solutions. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our HR teams and leaders, ensuring they have the best tools and practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

As this is a global support role, it does require some calls that suited to our colleagues across the globe which means you can on occasion be working hours that fall outside of the normal routine or weekends.

In this dynamic role, you’ll consult hand in hand with the business to design and deliver transformative development experiences and promote a self-sustaining development culture for our current and future leaders. Your ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders will be key to driving our large-scale change and transformation agenda across a global cale.

We’re looking for someone who is versatile, collaborative and a proven business partner. To be successful in this role you’ll need to have a track record in global environments, thought leadership in talent and leadership development, and exceptional project management skills. Your advanced facilitation and coaching abilities, along with your ability to identify trends and innovative content delivery methods, will be required to take on this role.
