We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator**to join our team based at our **Whiteley**office on a 12-month FTC contract (Maternity Cover).

As **Talent Acquisition Coordinator you**will be responsible for the hiring of a variety of vacancies across the business - continuously sourcing exceptional & talented individuals to join the Onecom team

As **Talent Acquisition Coordinator,** you will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process where you will manage applicants through a variety of resourcing methods ensuring that all stakeholders have a positive experience throughoutthe Onecom recruitment process

This role is fast-paced, full of variety with plenty of opportunity to innovate and be creative. You will be fundamental in driving the Talent Acquisition department forward and establishing Onecom as an employer of choice

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have previous experience working within a dynamic and busy recruitment role. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills are a must along with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
