E-commerce Marketing Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Create and manage the social media strategy for all platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram
- Manage all social media accounts, ensuring content is relevant for different platforms
- Producing creative content, including videos, reels, graphics, banners and blog posts
- Tracking performance of campaigns and preparing weekly/monthly reports for management
- Working closely with influencers to drive growth and identifying new partners to work with
- Keeping on trend within the watch industry and develop content for our audience
- Onboard new social platforms and drive-up organic growth and engagement
- Ensuring customer service for the website is kept up-to-date and providing customer satisfaction
- Responding to customer comments/enquiries on social media platforms and live chat
- Updating our websites and copy to ensure maximum performance
- Creating landing pages to drive traffic and convert sales
- Helping drive marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
- Discover and engage with relevant watch groups and forums to grow brand presence

**Person Specification**

**Essential**
- Strong interest in social, e-commerce and digital marketing
- Creative thinker who can think outside-of-the-box and bring new ideas to the table
- Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility
- Good team player, with a positive attitude to work
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and exceptional client relationship skills
- Organised, self-motivated, multi-tasker
- Computer proficient
- Adaptable

**Desirable**
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role within Fashion, Watches or Jewellery.
- Proficiency using Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar design tools
- Shopify/WordPress/TikTok Shop experience
