**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will play a crucial part in driving our e-commerce strategy, optimising product listings, and enhancing customer engagement through various digital channels.

**Duties**
- Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal, and performing regular checks to ensure this.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement and promotion.
- Troubleshoot and fix errors where necessary
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability, as well as communicating directly with suppliers with product queries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive traffic to the online store.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve the overall shopping experience.
- Assist with other ad hoc duties, such as social media and marketing.

**Experience**
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on organisation and attention to detail.
- Shopify Experience.
- Experience in clerical duties and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent typing skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous but not essential.

**Qualifications**
- Strong clerical experience with excellent typing and data entry skills
