About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Inventory Coordinator to help ensure our products stay 100% in stock on Amazon and other online marketplaces. This role supports the day-to-day tracking, planning, and coordination of inventory to keep our listings active, healthy, and ready for customers.

This is an ideal role for someone who is analytical, process-driven, eager to learn e-commerce operations, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Tracking

  • Monitor stock levels across Amazon FBA, FBM, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Flag low-stock items and potential inventory risks early.
  • Maintain and update inventory tracking spreadsheets or dashboards.

Replenishment Support

  • Assist with creating replenishment plans and preparing FBA shipment requests.
  • Coordinate with internal warehouse teams to ensure timely shipments.
  • Track shipments to Amazon and confirm they are received correctly.

Marketplace Coordination

  • Support the team in keeping listings active and in stock.
  • Help monitor inventory health issues (stranded inventory, inactive listings, etc.).
  • Assist with preparing for promotional periods, product launches, and restocks.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare weekly inventory reports for the operations or e-commerce team.
  • Communicate stock updates, risks, or delays to relevant team members.
  • Help maintain and document inventory-related KPI's

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, supply chain, logistics.
  • Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new tools.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
