The E-commerce Product Lister & Catalog Coordinator plays a vital role in our fashion-based e-commerce business by managing product listings, ensuring that our catalog is complete, accurate, and visually appealing. This role involves setting appropriate prices, crafting detailed product descriptions, and updating stock quantities to reflect current inventory levels. Working closely with the team to receive new products, the coordinator ensures each fashion item is accurately represented and appealing to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal team members and suppliers to gather product details, ensuring each fashion item is accurately and attractively represented.
- Set competitive, market-based pricing for products, aligning with our brand and sales strategy.
- Create compelling and detailed descriptions for each product, highlighting unique fashion features, materials, and care instructions.
- Update and monitor product quantities as inventory fluctuates, ensuring accurate stock levels are displayed.
- Conduct regular catalog audits to maintain accuracy, ensuring all fashion items are correctly categorized, displayed, and described.
- Troubleshoot any catalog discrepancies to maintain an optimal shopping experience for our customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Fashion, or E-commerce.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- An eye for fashion and an understanding of how to present products to appeal to fashion-conscious customers.
