**The Company Recruiting for Scotland Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals**:
Our client is a progressive, global manufacturer of building chemicals at the forefront of innovation with market leading brands in its portfolio. Our client has an excellent culture, with significant investment in its people; a strong ethical approach to business and the environment.**The Purpose of the Role of Scotland Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals**:
You will be tasked with growing sales of waterproofing and damp proofing chemicals and membranes to an established customer base across South London and the Southern Home Counties - Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey and Kent. These customers are regional and nationalhousebuilders, local authorities and housing associations, waterproofing and damp proofing contractors. Products are supplied directly to larger customers; smaller customers via builders merchants, for which you will also manage. Once established in the roleyou will then look to source and develop new customers.

**For the position of Scotland Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:

- Sold a technical construction product to contractors or housebuilders OR
- An experienced waterproofing technician or damp proof technician looking to establish a career in field sales
- Ideally CSRT and CSSW qualified but full training will be provided
- Ambitious to further your career
- Positive attitude with a strong drive to exceed targets
- Excellent team working ability
- Must be well presented, dynamic, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
- Driving licence
