Onboarding Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading digital healthcare provider who have grown substantially over the past few years. As a result they are seeking a Onboarding Administrator to be responsible for the recruitment and maintenance of the medicalprofessionals.
This is a hybrid role working from the office initially for training purposes and then at least once a month and on business need.
There are excellent opportunities for progression and full training will be provided.
£19,000 - £21,000 per annum DOE.
**Duties**:
- Recruitment and onboarding of experts as and when required to join existing panel
- Maintain supplier inbox
- Maintain indemnity contract and support in liaison with provider
- Support Finance Analyst on expert invoicing
- Administration of new supplier compliance checks
- Develop and implement Continuous Professional Development and revalidation processes for the panel
- Develop the supporting medical panel IT functions in line with business development plans
- To ensure the expert database is maintained
- Participate in regular meetings and provide updates
- To assist in monitoring SLA compliance
- Administration of new and existing suppliers compliance checks
- To support in the management of panel relationship and act as main contact for day to day queries
- Address any performance issues directly with the supplier and put solutions in place to resolve
- Ensure medical panel suppliers maintain a smooth service delivery
